First we understand your business, then we connect it to IT. Only then do we build, in the places where AI saves time or money fastest.

The whole board

Hardly anyone looks at the whole board.

Someone buys a tool, and then another one. That is where it gets stuck.

01Why it goes wrong

The problem is hardly ever the technology.

01

The platform is there, and nobody uses it

Things get built and delivered, and three months later half the team has stopped using them. That doesn't take technology, it takes attention, and nobody keeps that up on their own.

02

Loose tools, no direction

Your team is experimenting and tools have been bought. But there is no clear direction. Everyone does something, nobody knows what it delivers.

03

The order is wrong

Companies start with tools while the strategy is still missing. That is building without foundations, and the reason AI projects stall.

02Familiar situations

Where AI pays for itself fastest.

No two companies are the same, but the places where AI saves time or money straight away often look alike. Do you recognise your own working day here?

Yacht storage

Around 300 storage contracts a year by post: filled in with a pen, sent back and then typed up again.

Van AstView the case

Customers sign up online and sign digitally. Everything is in one overview.

Gym

Every payment had to go into the accounts by hand.

InCircleView the case

Revenue lands in the accounts by itself every day, without double entries.

Printing company

Production planning took a lot of manual work and a lot of headspace.

Atlas TecocelView the case

Better production planning, in a file they manage and understand themselves.

Opticians

The owner was buried in email, so strategic work kept slipping.

Helden OpticalView the case

The inbox is now an organised task list instead of a source of stress.

Flooring company

Every quote takes time, including for jobs that were too small or too far away.

SifView the case

Requests are weighed automatically, the promising ones are at the top.

Fitness studio

40 percent of trial class sign-ups got no follow-up at all within 24 hours.

Pepp.FitView the case

Every member gets the same experience, whichever location they walk into.

The analysis

So we take it apart.

Which work costs what. Where your week fills up. What can actually go, and what can only go faster.

03How we work

Choose, build, adjust.
In that order.

  1. 01

    Choose

First find out whether there is something to gain, and where.

  2. 02

    Build

Ourselves or with a partner from our network.

  3. 03

    Adjust

Keep measuring, and bring the team along.

which processes cost the most email planning retyping accounts follow-up quotes request weighed promising on top measureteam

the foundation quotes reporting knowledge base parking spot
The power strip principle. Loose tools without foundations are plugs without a socket. Whatever isn't up yet goes to the parking spot and doesn't get lost.

04What it delivers

From manual work to automatic.

From flooring to water management, from a municipality to a veterinary clinic. Not because we know everything about floors, but because the pattern is the same everywhere: the work is the same every week, and nobody has the time to do something about it.

05Honest advice

Sometimes our best advice is: don't.

Half of the AI opportunities we come across are better solved with a good process or a simple agreement. We tell you honestly when AI adds nothing. That saves you an expensive detour. And that is exactly why business owners come back.

06What clients say

We can claim a lot. They have been through it.

07A second route

And what if there is nobody
to hand it over to?

At a company of fifty people or more, or one with an IT department, we do it together with you: then the audit and the build plan above are the route. Want to be able to do it yourself? Then there is Op Eigen Koers. You free up an hour every other week, you keep building in between and you get homework. That takes more time, and often suits a one-man show. Both work, and we decide that together. You can learn it yourself in five formats.

An online training environment

Plus a one-hour check-in and Q&A on your questions every week. In between, you get to work and build yourself.

One-to-one, at least three months

An hour every other week, on your own processes. Then we look back: how far have we come, and what is still open?

A workshop at your office

Half a day or a whole day with your team, on your own work.

Tailored training

Several sessions, with your own processes as the material.

A presentation or a keynote

For a team day, an event or a members' meeting.

08Behind De AI Strateeg

Between the consultant and the developer. That is why it works.

I am Tim de Greeuw. I studied Business Economics at Avans and worked for five years at a multinational in the financial sector, from administration to project control. Alongside that I helped build two start-ups, from finding premises to the first customers. I bring that to every AI project: first see what something delivers, only then build.

You don't get an account manager. You get me as your single point of contact, with regular partners behind me who do the building.

Based in Breda, working across the Netherlands, with most clients in North Brabant.

What does an AI project cost?

That depends on where you start. The first conversation is free. After that it builds up from an audit to a build plan to building, and every step has a fixed price you know up front. You can stop after any step. What you won't get from us is a timesheet, because then the conversation is about hours instead of what it delivers.

How long does an AI project take?

The first conversation is half an hour. An audit takes a few weeks, and so does a build plan. Building depends on what is being built. But the honest version is that an AI project is not done at delivery. That is where it starts, because a system nobody uses delivers nothing.

Where do I start if I don't know yet what I need?

With a free half-hour conversation. You don't need to prepare anything, and you don't need to know yet what you are looking for. We look at whether there is something to gain, and if not, we tell you. You don't get a report, you get our time.

How do I make sure my company complies with the EU AI Act?

First know which systems fall under it and which risk category they are in. Most SMEs use AI rather than build it, so the obligations stay manageable, though not empty. We map that out and make sure it is taken into account in the build. We are not lawyers: where it becomes a legal question, we refer you to a specialist. See what applies to you.

What happens after the project is finished?

That is usually where it goes wrong. A platform is in place, and after three months half the team has stopped using it. That is why AI op Koers exists: someone who asks about it every two weeks, checks whether it delivers what we expected, and adjusts course or stops if it doesn't.

We don't have time for this.

That is exactly why you need someone. If you had the time to figure this out yourself, you wouldn't need us.
